How long does it take, that a polymer is broken down into polymers? This graphic of the exhibition “Out to Sea? The Plastic Garbage Project” shows the estimated decomposition rates. Unfortunately these tiny plastic particles will never fully disappear, because they are not biodegradable.

What do you know about  Plastics Breakdown ?

It’s reality and it’s scary. Time to stop using plastic. Better yet: If someone could come up with an idea on how to collect the plastic from the sea.
